Technodar (part of the KRO Soyuzmash) installed fuel metering systems on a refrigerated fish transport in China

Technodar is a leading manufacturer of fuel monitoring systems. Since 2006, they have been developing, producing, integrating, and supplying fuel consumption monitoring systems and satellite vehicle monitoring systems based on GPS, GLONASS, GSM, and GPRS technologies.

The customer's vessel receives fish products from fishing vessels, stores them, transports them, and supplies the fleet with everything it needs, including fuel.

The customer set the task of monitoring the actual volume of fuel received and dispensed and tracking the route completion time.

The ship was equipped with a VMTS data acquisition system (DOTS), a DOTS Board operator panel, mass flow meters, pressure monitoring, sound and light alarms, and communication via shipboard satellite internet.

As a result of the work carried out, the customer was able to:

– Keep records of bunkering by day / week / month / year.

– Control operations simultaneously on board and in the office.

– Monitor the presence of air during bunkering (the fuel volume is not distorted).

– Receive automatic notifications based on shipowner scenarios.
